Alun Carter is the man leading the Creating Homes team. With hands-on experience in the building industry since 2004, as well as a strong focus on customer service, science, and environmental awareness, Alun is passionate about making New Zealand homes perform better. 

His experience in residential property helps him understand the value of a homeowners’ largest asset, maximizing value while avoiding over-capitalization.  

Having lived in four countries and worked in a couple of industries, Alun has wide experience in construction methods, business ideas, and people – all of which will help you with your home project. 

He is solution-orientated with strong communication and a focus on service. Alun and his team strive to deliver beyond expectations.
